Refund Policy
As an Educational organisation, we offer English Language and communication skills training for day to day communication purpose and Business purposes, corporate training, personality development and IELTS courses.
We charge enrollment fees for our courses. You can check the transparent fee structure on the website.
If you want to check the quality of services offered, you may enroll for even 1 day to avail the services.
In case of a trainer change, If you choose to take multiple demos with different trainers then in that case all demos wil be considered as regular sessions and will be deducted from your enrolled hours.
You pay fees as mentioned on the website or you pay the amount for customized courses/services with mutual discussion and mutual agreement with us.
If you are not satisfied with the training quality, you may give your feedback to training@engconvo.com
If your feedback is not entertained, trainer is not changed as per request, or training quality is not improvised then you may claim your refund by writing us to contact@engconvo.com.
You may ask for a refund only in case you are not satisfied with the services or quality of the trainer and if we fail to make improvisation as per your feedback written to us at training@engconvo.com within 7 days of starting your services.
To claim the refund, you need to write to us contact@engconvo.com with acceptable reasons.
Refund will not be accepted if there is any other reason for refund like “I have changed my mind”, “I am not getting time” etc other than issues related to training quality or trainer quality. Refund is also not applicable for any payment made of trial classes or any plan lesser than 10 hours.
Refund amount is always calculated according to the base price per hour (Base price per hour = Price of shortest plan/Hours of services in shortest plan). Even if you enrolled with any discount, during the time of refund amount will be calculated considering base price per hour only.
How much will be refunded is calculated using below rule:
Refund Amount = [Total Paid Amount – (Total Hours of class taken x Base Price Per Hour)]
